On February 18th, ArtsNSTEM4Hearts volunteers went to a nursing home in Rockville, Maryland, and engaged the seniors there with arts, music, and dance.
Arts-N-STEM4Hearts volunteers went to a Rockville, MD nursing home to engage seniors in arts, music and dance. The volunteers brought Arts-N-STEM canvas paint kits, which contain canvasses, acrylic paints, and brushes. They then painted with the seniors and aided them in their artistic pursuits.
The seniors enjoyed an afternoon of painting, music, and dance.
The volunteers helped the seniors discover their artistic talents, and promised the seniors another visit in the near future.
